Jenn is the author of the book BreakProof: 7 Strategies to Build Resilience and Achieve Your Life Goals. In BreakProof, Jenn shares her struggles and victories, and delivers insights into achieving balance, setting meaningful objectives, and living life to the fullest.

In June of 2023, Jenn became the first woman to climb the Seven Second Summits, which are the second highest peaks on each continent.
