Almond Milk Panna Cotta - goes with any fruit
Almond Milk Heavy Cream 1 Vanilla Bean (scraped) Gelatin Sugar Fruit of your choice
Heat the heavy cream with the scraped vanilla bean for 1 hour Take some almond milk, bloom an envelope of gelatin Put all elements back in the pan with some sugar, melt it down, and then pour the mix into small dishes (ramekins should work well)
You may serve this with any fruit you like!
Fruit Suggestions: Heat up some pears and apples with cinnamon and sugar, serve hot alongside panna cotta - yum!
Great with white wine or sparkling!
