Eva's journey started when she decided to go on a diet after she graduated from university, and started to implement a rather intense exercise regime. She loved the feeling of losing weight quickly, and it was the first time anyone had ever referred to her as skinny. She felt the validation she needed in her life. She became obsessed with counting calories and intermittent fasting, and she soon started to notice the costs of this behaviour. Food and exercise seemed the only thing she could control in her life. She made major breakthroughs in her therapy, and today Eva is kindly sharing her story.
