On today's episode, Jason and Producer Rob G kick things off with a few thoughts on Jerry West and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's war against HBO's hit television show 'Winning Time'. Apparently Cap and The Logo don't understand that the phrase 'based on true events' means what you're watching is only a fictionalized version of the truth. If they want to change the way they get portrayed moving forward, maybe they should get involved in season 2. Later, the guys share their thoughts on a trio of Game 2's in the NBA Playoffs. The Miami Heat and Memphis Grizzlies earning blowout wins shouldn't be all that shocking if you've been watching the two teams throughout the season, but the New Orleans Pelicans stealing home court from the Phoenix Suns sure was. Granted, the Pels were able to pull away only after Devin Booker left with an injury, and nobody actually expects New Orleans to win the series, but would you be surprised if they make a jump into the Top-4 of the Western Conference next season? If Zion Williamson is healthy and motivated, the Pelicans could make some serious noise in 2022-23. Finally, our fearless leader closes the show with his Best Bets for the Wednesday night slate of games in the NBA Playoffs (Boston Celtics vs. Brooklyn Nets / Philadelphia 76ers vs. Toronto Raptors / Chicago Bulls vs. Milwaukee Bucks).
