Then, producer Dan chides Jesse a bit for not wearing Eagles green to the NFC Championship, with Watters explaining his just reasoning behind not wearing the colors of his favorite football team. Then, Dom and Jesse get into the Biden classified document scandal and the news today that Hunter Biden has sued because of his laptop, for the first time admitting that the laptop was indeed his. Also, Jesse tells about his protégé for his man-on-the-street segments, and offers some hair tips to listeners.

Then, Dom welcomes Robert Cahaly, Chief Pollster of Trafalgar Group, back onto the Dom Giordano Program. First, Dom asks if Cahaly has ever done polling around whether the day after the Super Bowl should be a national holiday. Then, Dom and Cahaly hop into national politics, with Dom asking Cahaly about recent polling out of South Carolina regarding the Republican frontrunner for President, with Cahaly explaining the polling that still shows Trump with a lead over Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
