Today we are joined on the pod by the very gifted songwriter, singer and guitar extraordinaire, Jessica Dobson.

Jessica has played guitar on the road with the likes of Beck, The Shins, and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but now puts most of her musical efforts into her band Deep Sea Diver.

In our conversation, We talk about the upcoming Deep Sea Diver release and if being known as a band’s band is a good or bad thing, Jessica shares about working with and befriending her unhoused neighbors, and we talk about both the trials and the triumphs of being married to your drummer.
