Jessica Matten is an actress, producer, and social activist of Red River Metis-Cree descent; best known for her roles in Frontier, Tribal, The Empty Man, and Burden of Truth. She’s also set to star in AMC’s upcoming series, Dark Winds. Jessica has spent her life promoting positive awareness and creating new opportunities in First Nations communities around Canada. Through film, she continues to give back, having co-founded The Counting Coup Indigenous Film Academy!
