Phillies left-hander Jesús Luzardo bounced back in a major way in Wednesday’s victory over the Cubs. His previous two starts? Nightmare fuel. But before he suffered serious struggles against the Brewers and Blue Jays, Luzardo looked to not only be a strong NL All-Star candidate, but a serious NL Cy Young candidate.
