And we review it! And then! Week two of our Merry Dick Maas celebration! Last week, we all got Lifted with The Lift from 1983. This week, we're all getting Shafted with The Shaft from 2001! Take the freight car down to our spooky basement podcat recording studio where we'll regale you with tales of rollerblading gone awry and debate precisely which Dick Maas film is the canonical killer elevator flick. Finally Willem Dafoe provides the voice for the shadowy Ryuk (as in, you can't see him) in 2017's Death Note remake, directed by Adam Wingard and released on Netflix. And that's just about all we need to talk about for this one!
