• .67oz/20ml SWEET RED VERMOUTH
• 1 dash ANGOSTURA BITTERS

To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, the guys make shots that look like miniature Guinness pints!

BABY GUINNESS RECIPE: 

• 3/4 shot COFFEE LIQUEUR
• 1/4 shot BAILEY'S IRISH CREME

Nearly fill a shot glass with coffee liqueur. Over the back of a spoon, gently add Bailey's over the top, creating a layered effect. Serve as a shot.

• 1.5oz/45ml BLACKSTRAP RUM
• .75oz/22ml CAMPARI
• 1.5oz PINEAPPLE JUICE 
• .5oz/15ml LIME JUICE
• .5oz/15ml DEMERARA SYRUP

Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled 

with ice.

Garnish with pineapple wedge.

• 2oz/60ml VODKA
• 1oz/30ml PEACH SCHNAPPS
• 2 dashes, optional PEACH BITTERS

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
