In Canada, the federal government is designating March 11, which is the one-year anniversary of the World Health Organization declaring COVID-19 to be a global pandemic, to be a national day to commemorate those who have died due to the virus. I think it’s really good for the people who have been killed by the virus to be remembered, and it’s also really good for the government to do this.
