慈濟大學運動科學專家温蕙甄博士,分享最近流行的「枯木逢春」訓練法是什麼?這個由林永昌醫師推行的訓練方法,改良自健力動作的「超負荷訓練」,透過「直立伸展」的方式,由教練協助學員把重量抬起、停留、再緩緩放下的過程中,讓身體筋膜被溫和地拉開,跟一般訓練方式不同。特別針對高齡、中風、過度衰弱等特殊族群,也可以透過短程的負重,獲得全身的刺激。
