冬天到了,即使天寒地凍,想要保持健康運動就不能停下來!話雖如此,如果是在室外運動、甚至是早晨運動的朋友,就會面對各種不方便,起床不易、身體暖不開、支氣管不舒服、流汗後覺得超冷等問題,有的人就因此越是運動越有可能著涼生病。
對於一般人來說,冬天運動就一堆問題了!但是,對於三高患者來說,特別是運動又能幫助三高患者控制、穩定病情,如何在冬天持續運動呢?今天就來請阿培醫師給我們一些建議吧!
