A late-night drive turns deeply unsettling at first, then terrifying.

You’ll also hear chilling teases of ghostly children, a haunted Victorian mansion, an eerie Ouija board experience, and encounters tied to old homes, and objects with a past. Real people telling real stories. It's a new year but still the same great Campfire experience to kick off 2026!

A summer camp filled with unseen laughter. A hospital where night shifts bring encounters no one can chart. A family home that feels heavier the higher you climb. This Campfire episode moves through places where something lingers after lights go out, footsteps echo without a source, and ordinary locations take on an unsettling second life.

From playful disturbances to moments that stop people cold in their tracks, these stories blur the line between comforting and deeply unnerving.

A late-night challenge in an empty bar leads to a moment that feels frozen in time, raising the kind of question that sticks with you. It’s the perfect gateway into an episode where ordinary nights and familiar places quietly give way to something far stranger.

As the stories unfold, listeners will hear about homes that seem to react to change, unsettling activity that builds over time, and deeply personal signs from loved ones that arrive when they’re needed most. There are moments that feel comforting, others that are deeply unnerving, and a few that blur the line between coincidence and something more. Join us for this edition of Jim Harold's Campfire!

A longtime homeowner starts noticing small things that don’t add up, the kind of quiet disturbances that make you wonder what changed after years of normal life. That moment sets the tone for a run of stories that move between the unsettling and the strangely comforting, from unexpected visitors during medical emergencies to eerie late–night moments in the wilderness.

You’ll also hear about shared dreams that line up a little too well, old houses that seem to hold on to more than memories, and people who find themselves face to face with something they can’t quite explain. Settle in as callers try to make sense of the moments that stayed with them long after the lights came back on. It's all on this episode of Jim Harold's Campfire!

Not everything that visits in the night comes through the door. We open with a chilling case of sleep paralysis involving shadowy figures, unseen forces, and encounters at the bedside that raise the question of what walks beside us when we slumber. From there, the stories expand into a wider tapestry of strangeness, from out-of-body experiences to uncanny glimpses of another time and place.

Listeners will also hear about objects moving on their own, electronics behaving with impossible timing, signs from passed loved ones, and even an angelic figure arriving when hope felt thin. Some moments are frightening, others awe-filled, and all of them suggest that the world is stranger and more layered than it appears. Settle in and decide for yourself what’s real, what’s mystery, and what might be waiting just beyond the edge of sleep. Stay Spooky.
