Dom kicks off the conversation by offering up the numbers on workforce development, telling that we’re still seeing ridiculous labor shortages comparable to pandemic times rather than pre-pandemic times. Also, Dom introduces his side topic, asking for fashion faux pas to celebrate the International Sweater Vestival, which kicks off a long conversation about Dom’s fashion choices through his career.

Then, Dom welcomes CNBC financial expert Rick Santelli back onto the Dom Giordano Program to break down the jobs numbers, particularly labor force participation. First, Santelli breaks down the numbers, telling of the disappointing slight increase in participation coming out of the pandemic, which saw a remarkable drop in the Country’s labor force participation. Dom offers up his theory, then steps aside to hear from the expert, who tells why he believes Americans don’t want to work, telling of the detrimental nature of bills passed through Washington. Then, Giordano asks Santelli for his thoughts on the trend of corporations to ‘go woke,’ with Santelli telling why this trend has happened, and why he believes we are paying the price for corporations to get things back under control.
