Severe weather today in the Ohio Valley as well as the Lower Mississippi Valley and Deep South. Another system will bring showery rains to parts of the East Saturday and the chance for showers or a thunderstorm Sunday in the Northeast and Northern Mid Atlantic. The Joe & Joe Weather Show is LIVE  7:30pm  Severe weather will be front and center over the next 3 days beginning tonight from Texas to Missouri. Wednesday the Storm Prediction Center has expanded the "moderate" risk zone across east into Alabama and northward into Tennesee as well as parts of Louisiana and Eastern Arkansas. There is a higher probability of tornadoes and severe thunderstorms producing winds of 75 mph. The risk area shifts to the East Coast Thursday with marginal to slight risk covering most of the East Coast states from NY to Northern Florida.

Snow is falling in the Rockies. Later this week some wet snow in parts of the Northern Mid Atlantic and the Northeast. We will look at the weekend as a major storm forms in New England creating very strong winds in the East and pulling down very cold air over the weekend.

The Joe & Joe Weather Show is LIVE 7:30PM Weather is quiet across the US with very few watches warnings or advisories. We do have some light snow for the interior Northeast tonight. Rain continues to stream into the Pacific Northwest. Colder air moves into the Great Lakes and Northeast Thursday into Friday. The weekend brings a couple of storm systems. The first will head into the Plains and Western Great Lakes. The second late in the weekend will come out of the Mississippi Valley and head to the Northeast next Monday.
