Joel and Lisa Guy were killed and dismembered in this Knoxville, Tennessee home on Thanksgiving of 2016. The couple had been married for 31 years and shared one son together, Joel Michael Jr. Joel Sr. had 3 older daughters from a previous relation,ship. The couple was planning on retiring, selling their home and move to Joel’s childhood home. After celebrating thanksgiving with their family and not showing up to retirement parties, police were called and the investigation began.
