As he navigates the challenges of building a competitive team, including roster changes and the quest for NCAA tournament success, Joel highlights the joy he finds in coaching and the new experiences of being a father. His journey illustrates how fostering a nurturing culture can lead to success on and off the court, reinforcing the idea that coaching is fundamentally about relationships.
