Captain Cirello has been with the FDNY for 34 years. Currently, he is the Capt. Rescue 1 in Manhattan. He was Involved in FDNY’s research of wind impacted fires and modern ventilation concepts from the beginning. He is also an ISFSI instructor and Underwriter Laboratories advisory panel member. He is probably most proud of his lovely bride Laura and his wonderful daughter Luchia.
