This week we chat with multiple ancillary and steak golden ticket winner Jonny Cobia.  He has crushed it on the ancillary scene in the west and has done very well for himself on the steak side of things as well.  Jonny wasn't a fan of cooking up until a few years ago an now he is one of the best in the west.
