Michael Koltes, was born in Germany on January 1st. From an early age started performing all over the world with his family. At 16 he set off to Africa to work with Pro Health but returned to Europe after Malaria health challenges. At 18 he moved to London and signed up to study acting at Central. He started in theater but quickly moved into music where he set up the band Hypo Psycho. After getting signed and enjoying chart success with their album Somebody Someday the opportunity came to appear in Ridley Scotts Robin Hood opposite Cate Blanchet. Several years later he was playing the lead in The Boston tv series and cult classic Ghosts of Darkness. After a few years of challenges in London, it was time for a change, after a year of travelling he settled in China. In China he starred in several movies and TV series including Three Body, City of Chaos and Karl Marx. While the whole world was being rocked by Covid, he started learning Reiki and Geobiology and is now a master helping others come to terms with their challenges, finding and living their dreams, working with the Make A Wish foundation. in 2025, he started writing music and again and in October finished recording his debut solo album We Are Stars, due to be released on all major platforms February 8th. The album is about Youth, Dreams and Love as well as song dedicated to his late mother, If Only I Could Fly. Alexandra Kafka is a mental fitness speaker and facilitator, and the founder of Oxyzn, a wellbeing consultancy supporting leaders and organisations operating under sustained pressure.

After experiencing burnout while building a high-performance career, she spent two years travelling across 34 countries as a digital nomad, learning from Buddhist monks, neuroscientists, and elite athletes to understand why ambition so often comes at the cost of health.

This journey led to the creation of her Zen Warrior framework — a neuroscience-informed mental fitness approach designed to help individuals and teams enter states of focus, flow, and sustainable performance. Her work reframes burnout not as personal failure, but as a failure of recovery systems.

Since 2020, Alexandra has delivered talks, wellbeing programmes, and immersive experiences for leaders across 50+ organisations including Wells Fargo, Hilton, and BDO. She has spoken at 25 conferences and festivals and hosted retreats throughout the Caribbean and Asia. ELSPETH BEARD is the first British female motorcyclist to ever solo ride the globe as well as an award-winning architect. In 1982, at the age of just twenty-three, Elspeth Beard left her family and friends in London and set off alone on a 35,000 mile solo adventure around the world on her 1974 BMW R60/6 with no sponsorship or support, in an age before email, cell phones and satnavs.  

Her two-and-a-half year journey saw her survive life-threatening illnesses and numerous accidents. She witnessed riots and civil uprisings that forced her to fake documents, and she fended off physical threats, sexual attacks, biker gangs, and corrupt police who were convinced that she was trafficking drugs.

Returning home in 1984, Elspeth finished her architecture degree and in 1988 brought a derelict water tower, which she spent seven years converting into her home. She runs her own architectural practice, specialising in creating and remodelling interesting and unusual buildings. She lives in a converted Victorian water tower in the southeast of England and still enjoys riding her collection of motorcycles, which includes the trusty BMW R60/6 which carried her around the world.

Sidonie Smith began her career as a classically trained violist and award-winning young composer before following her true passion for the theatre. She studied in the United States and later at the Joop van den Ende Academy in Hamburg, Germany, and since then has built a career that spans borders and breaks barriers.
She has starred in Sister Act as Deloris van Cartier across Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, and taken leading roles in productions such as Legally Blonde, Memphis, Jesus Christ Superstar, and Chicago. She also made her concert debut at London’s Royal Albert Hall and appears on a Scott Alan live recording alongside Broadway’s best.
