I had a tough exercise where the strength wasn’t there but instead of letting it ruin my mood, I made the most of it. In this episode, I talk about focusing on what you can control and using effort to create controllable wins in hectic times.

We as humans make things SO complicated and much harder than they need to be.The majority of people overlook simplicity and set themselves up for failure because of it, as if they’re looking for some bullshit secret ingredient.
In this episode, I talk about why I think success is super simple (though not so easy), chasing discomfort, the hardest part of progress, and the simple formula I use to create my best progress (and what I’ll continue to use long term to create the incredible life I desire, day by day)
This is one of my favourite episodes I’ve ever done. I love these practical episodes because I know if you follow what I talked about here, you’ll be able to move forward, get unstuck and create some kickass results for yourself.
Even though it's simple, it's likely going to be tough. Most will either overlook the simplicity because they're looking for something more complex, or it'll get too hard and they'll retreat back to comfort, settling for mediocrity and not aiming for something greater. If you do choose to be make the smart decision of building skill in this area, your future self will thank you.
If you this episode brought you some value, please do me a favour and share with a friend that you think could find benefit in this piece of content.
Massive love and gratitude for watching and listening friends. Go forth and dominate.

I had a big realization around what my latest why was after observing my actions in the past and present. In this episode, I talk about my struggle with my past why’s, what my latest why/purpose is, and how I figured it out.
PS: Something I didn’t clearly talk about: If you want to do this for yourself, analyze your investments of time and money as well as your behaviour in the past and the present. Actions speak loudly. They’ll give you big insights into where your purpose/”why” may lie

What is going on, beautiful people. In this episode, I talk about a new sleep schedule I’m experimenting with, why I put working before my social life (which was probably the funniest part of this episode #nobasicbitches), and why growing and evolving is usually the answer to your challenge. Additionally, I also cover why “hustling” is my next step in business and in life, why I crave usefulness, and how it’s strange for me that when people from my past add me on facebook, they see all of this vulnerable content right off the bat.
I hope these are getting better each time, as I’m trying to clean things up, simplify, get the point faster, and ultimately bring more value while I’m documenting my journey. If you enjoyed, please do me a favour and share with a friend/engage with it (ie. like, comment, subscribe, follow, etc.). Much love my friends. :)

If you struggle with sharing what you really want to in life and on social media, or you feel you aren't very interesting, I hope you take the time to watch this. Maybe one day people will understand this. Or not. Who knows. For now, I'll just be leading by example.
In this episode, I share a story about creating a word clock in code, and then what happened when I showed it to social despite my initial resistance. I cover why your passions are more exciting than you think, how boring is subjective, and why I’m more likely to repeat this behaviour in the future.
Really excited to be making more of these shorter videos where I share something that happened and then extract the gold from the experience. I hope you’re liking them as well :) If you happened to like it enough, please do me a favour and share with a friend who can use the message I discussed in today’s episode.
Much love guys. I appreciate you watching/listening.

Reflections 032: Tools To Create Urgency, Mind Dumps, & Why You Should Press Record
In this episode, I talk a ton about ways I’m attempting to apply urgency, keep myself focused, check in to maintain accountability, increase motivation, etc. I cover how Conor McGregor’s documentary positively affected me for days, the dangerous game of going nowhere fast when I’m too high on caffeine, what worked to help me grow with copyrighting, and much, much, more.
I hope this gave you a valuable takeaway that you can apply to your life. If it did, please do me a favour and share it with a friend who might like this kind of thing. Much love :)

In this episode, I was barely awake and I share a story about some chick going out of her way to criticize my looks on Instagram (which is funny to me, because I am much better looking than her lol). I cover empathy, reframing insecurities, kindness, & my growth in detachment towards criticism (even if it’s with ill intent).
This topic is of extreme importance to me because even though I’m only covering one comment, if I don’t become masterful at handling criticism when it’s in small numbers, I won’t be able to handle the increase of criticism that comes with having a large following. The underlying patterns will take over, duplicate, and I’ll likely break. If I want to amass a big following (which I do), I have to start with building the required skills today.

In this episode, I talk about some of the root causes of my recent lack of drive, why this moment is enough, my journey to getting caught up on the podcast, why I’m scared of having chicken legs, and much, much more. Hope this brought a ton of value to you. If you enjoyed, please share it with a friend :-)

Such a weird concept, never having normal days. In this episode I talk about how the power list impacts every day, my love of this new 3 days split over an A/B split, a hack for getting up earlier, documenting while bringing value, and going from emotionally wound up to neutral in 24h thanks to NMSEM.
I hope this brings a tons of value to you, and I hope you are having a dominant week. Much love.
