It can a strange journey at times, representing energy work and spiritual and all this out there stuff. I’m pretty used to being misunderstood but thankfully I don’t care that much anymore. It’s not for everyone, and I’m just going to do me and inspire the right people. Long term though, the world depends on it because if people don’t start fixing things at a cause level and raising their energy levels, I think the world will collapse.
Anyways, in this episode, I talk about why I will be one of the people to make Source Energy Medicine and Non Material Source Energy Medicine “cool”, a simple but important truth I realized I have to do in order to get there, why I have no other option but to do this, fear of looking back and regretting, the possible end of the world, and more.
Long live the “craziness”. Someday it’ll be genius.
This episode will be iconic some day, I promise you.
Much love all. Please share if you liked it enough.

In this episode I drink too much coffee and talk about how to authentically position yourself instead of trying to be an expert from the get go, why it’s beneficial to ask people for help at times, why I struggle to edit anything out of my vlogs/podcasts, self sabotage around learning, becoming one of the future faces of SEM, and much more.
Hope you enjoyed this episode, and if you it brought you enjoy value please do me a solid and share with a friend. Thanks :)

I was listening to Cal Newport on Lewis Howes’ podcast and I found myself ready to explode with ideas, as I think this anti technology revolution is pretty funny at times. I liked what they said in that episode, but I equally had Gary Vee’s optimistic technology viewpoints rattling around in my head at the same time.
In today’s episode, I talk about anti technology, why putting the past on a pedestal is laughable, creation over consumption, why “the good old days” aren’t actually as good as we think, and why I boycott social media and texting for the first 4h or so of my day.
I hope this episode leaves you with some interesting perspectives on this topic. If you think this could help someone, please share this episode with them. Much love :)

I was fired the fuck up for this one. On this 10 minute long rant I cover how it’s hard to watch people waste their 20’s on hanging out/chilling, why early 20’s is fucking awesome if you’re ambitious, happiness vs. ambition, what I’d tell my 12 year old self if I could go back in time, why I am beginning to feel like I deserve to win, why I think I’m going to beat people and much more. I hope this inspired some empowering thoughts to swirl around in your mind, and I hope this brought a little value to you.
If you felt it earned it, please share with a friend who could use this message. Much love. :)

In this episode of Reflections, I cover a whole slew of topics including (but not limited to) why my friendship with Bryan Thalangsy (Jnglebk) works so well, calling people on their bullshit, how I am lacking empathy, some ideas of how to maximize my time in a day and add more urgency, as well as why you have to be cautious with how much time you’re spending on the dark side.

If you’ve paid attention to my content recently, you know that I’ve been working on a project with my Mom called Moxey Energetics. We’re both energy work practitioners, so with this project we decided to team up and focus on helping real estate agents/real estate professionals sell properties and homes that won’t sell by doing helping to transform, balance and restore any energy that won’t.
In this episode, I cover how I struggle to celebrate wins, what it’s like working with my Mom, the numbers behind why imperfection is mathematically better than perfection & what I liked even more than launching the website.
I hope you enjoyed this and it brought some interesting insights. If you liked it enough, please share it with a friend. Much love :)

This is likely the most vulnerable I’ve been on camera. I’m not doing enough of what I should be doing, and I don’t want to pretend like I am. In this episode I talk about why I've avoided getting a job, two key parts of entrepreneurship that I’ve failed at thus far, and what was missing in February that lead to me really blowing it.
Just to be clear, I don’t post this so you can give me your validation of “it’s okay Josh, you can do it.” I post this because somehow, someday I’m going to straight dominate in life. When I get to that point, these pieces of content that are going to serve as the truth of my beginnings, and to show people they can build something worthwhile too. Stuff like this will then become some of my most impactful content.
ALSO, debuted the first version of my audio and visual branding at the beginning. Very excited about it :) There'll be a vlog coming soon that documents the process of creating it.

After trying Sam Harris’ guided meditation (via a preview of his app's content from the Tim Ferriss Show), I was inspired to press record and start talking about random things on my mind around meditation and mindfulness. This included why I meditate, coming back to center, how to judge yourself less while in meditation, looking from a detached standpoint at your thoughts, how much you think and what specifically you’re thinking about, including how frequently you may visit the same type of thoughts/settings in your mind.
I thought this episode came out cool. I freaking love documenting my truths - it feels so right. Not everyone’s going to agree, but I think it’ll help a lot of people long term. Hope you enjoyed, and if it brought enough value please share it with a friend :)

The gold of this episode lies in the challenges section. I cover some really important topics in that part including: how dangerous of a pattern it is if you’re constantly wishing you were at the finish line of a project instead of enjoying the journey of getting there, wondering who actually gives a fuck about me, my resistance to reconnecting with people, purging my audience on instagram (even though it’s only 600 followers lol), and more.
In other parts of this episode, I also cover time, how fast it moves, the War of Art by Stephen Pressfield, embracing the uncomfortable nature of practicing a pitch, being the last person on earth, and how to appreciate the present more.
Enjoy! If you liked it enough, please share it with a friend. Much love.
