Holy shit, a short video! What a concept. I really liked this episode. I talk about why I don’t have the attention I want yet, and what it takes to earn it.
Really liked how this came out. Raw and vulnerable. I almost didn’t record this, but I’m making a habit of getting on camera and talking, even if I don’t think I’m going to post it and it’s actually working. I recommend you do the same if you’re up for the challenge.

In this episode, I share the origin of how lists came to be. I also talk about how lists works, the use cases I’m most excited for, the benefits of it, who I built it for, and my super low expectations. Last but not least, I also cover why I think you should keep going on your strongest of desires, even if it just means working at it here and there on the side.
Share with a friend if you liked. Much love. Keep going. Have a kickass day.
P.S. If you give a fuck (trust, it's cool if you don't lol) and you think this might help you, DM for me a pre launch code for lists

In this episode I talk about moving from coding tasks to Moxey Energetics, the uncomfortable nature of expanding your comfort zone, why it’s a massive error to wait until the future to feel happy, and one of my biggest fears which will drive my long term progress: regret.

In this episode, I’m on the road and I talk about self awareness, where I see the world going, and why I think it’s crucial to have one main focus. I really liked this. Let me know if you want more of these documenting type of videos. Also, if you liked it enough, please share with a friend :)

In this episode, I talk about how I finally finished Lists’ MVP, the link between breaking agreements an exhaustion, the challenges I experienced getting lists, how I kept my sanity, and what I believe will be the only thing that matters in life going forward. I really enjoyed this one, and I hope you do to. Much love.
If you felt it earned it, please do me a favour and share it with a friend. :)

Alcohol (& other drugs, for that matter) is a big escapism tool that I see a large percentage of people abusing. In this episode I talk about why I barely drank in 2018, how I was able to drink under 20 drinks, as well as some tips for reducing your consumption, if you so choose. Enjoy :-)
If you thought it was worth it, please share this with a friend who could use this message.
P.S. In case this wasn't clear, this was recorded on January 1st, 2019 not 2018 ;)

This was likely my favourite episode to date. Even though it’s long as fuck, I feel it was packed with gold.
In this episode, I talk about how things I can be insecure about, are actually attractive to the right ideal partner, how being competitive is awesome but has its downfalls socially at times, the resistance getting stronger the closer you are to a win, and why frequent and consistent meetings with an accountability partner are crucial.
I really hope this brought you a lot of nuggets, as I think this came out quite good. If you felt it earned it, please be so kind as to share it with a friend. Much love. :)

People love their New Year’s resolutions. I don’t. Better than that are yearly goals. This is good, but I still think there’s a better way. In today’s episode, I talk about how I’m thinking about my goals/vision, why I think most will fail at their resolutions, and I share one of my podcast goals for the year.

In 2019’s first episode of Reflections, I talk about why it was a BEAUTIFUL decision to skip new years celebrations, how crucial mornings are to my progress and why it’s paramount to select the correct priorities, as well as some self awareness around how I was subconsciously judging others’ material desires.

In the weirdest Reflections in a long time, I talk about why I crave recognition from myself for every little thing I do, how I overdid my yearly reflection and some meta lessons I learned, why closing my eyes was helpful during my reflection, and ways in which I killed my mood over the holidays. Enjoy!
Don’t even bother sharing this with a friend. Lol.
