Do you know what human design is? Based on your birth date, you can apply your unique human design to learn more about yourself and how you work best so you can begin living in abundance.
In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the incredible Kristi Sullivan. Kristi is a human design and self-care expert on a mission to help busy women stop overworking and start overflowing! She hosts a virtual community for personal development junkies to create better wellness, improve relationships, shift mindsets, and manifest more success, wealth, and freedom — to live their best lives. Through working with Kristi, she will help you read, determine, and establish what type of human design you are and work with you to successfully operate in your design.
As a first-generation American, Kristi was taught that she needed to study hard, work hard until she retired, and then she could finally rest. After realizing that this mindset wasn’t natural to her but rather an outcome of conditioning, Kristi began to let herself stop overworking and begin living with abundance. Today, Kristi is an international speaker, workshop teacher, retreat leader, and co-author of 3 best-selling books written and published on Amazon during 2020, The Ultimate Guide to Self-Healing, Vol. 2; The Great Pause: Blessings & Wisdom from COVID-19; and Transformation 2020. Kristi is also the lead author of Stop Overworking & Start Overflowing: 25 Ways to Transform Your Life Using Human Design.
Tune in to Episode 24 of the Joy Found Here podcast to learn how you too can stop overworking and start overflowing!

Do you know someone who has struggled to become pregnant? The reproductive issues that so many families go through can be emotionally draining and frustrating as they are told consistently to “just wait and see.”
In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the wonderful Shelley Bailey. As a former specialty pharmacy owner, Shelley has first-hand experience in the medical industry but her passion lies within helping families improve fertility. Throughout this episode, Shelley describes what sparked her passion for helping others with family planning and fertility, her own pregnancy journey, the tools that her company, Famlee, provides women throughout each stage of their fertility journey, and so much more.
After years of running a pharmacy and helping people suffering from Hepatitis C, HIV, and other life-threatening diseases, Shelley’s passion for healthcare grew even deeper when she began to struggle with her fertility. After the birth of her daughter, Shelley founded Famlee, so that women across the world could have the same access to the very hormone protocols, board-certified fertility providers, hormone testing, and custom prescriptions from the comfort of their own homes. Shelley’s mission with Famlee is to give women the opportunity to experience motherhood by balancing their bodies with proven fertility protocols before turning to expensive and invasive procedures such as IVF and IUI.

Do you work with a life coach? Many people don’t see the value in paying for a coach, but money is never wasted when it is invested in your personal development journey.
In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the wonderful Aimey Giacinto. Aimey is a growth mindset coach who guides women through the process of becoming clear on their calling, taking inspired action to live a soul fulfilled life. I was recently a guest on Aimey’s podcast, Turn Your Trash Into Treasure, and her unique podcasting format led me to have a transformational experience. Aimey’s coaching services range from individual calls to group programs over a span of 12 weeks. If you’ve been hesitant about seeking a coach, this episode will help you understand the incredible value you will gain from working with Aimey or someone else in her field because while everything you need is already inside of you, finding it is a different story.
After years of caring what people thought about her and always putting herself last, Aimey found herself at a breaking point. She knew that in order to teach her daughter the importance of self-love, she had to actually show her. It was then that Aimey began her personal development journey and invested in a coach. Years and multiple coaches later, Aimey is now helping women who are in the same position she was.
