Today, on Karl and Crew, we examined the origins of the popular Christmas song, "Joy to the World." It was written by Isaac Watts, an English writer and theologian. The song was intended to be sung year-round, and it's based on Psalm 98. Our special guest was author, speaker, and podcaster Kathi Lipp. She shared about meal prepping and holiday plans. Her new book is called Sabbath Soup: Weekly Menus and Rhythms to Make Space for a Day of Rest.
