Today Gerard and I started out just letting the wind control the conversation, but we actually got into some good stuff.
Now don't worry, I won't blame you if you skip around a little bit in this one... but here is some of the stuff that we covered.
1. The Jonas Brothers are back
2. Justin's microphone is weirdly sensitive
3. What the heck is with these Oura Rings?
4. Gerard teaches Photoshop
So long story short, this segment is called Sunday Funday for a reason.
While we love it when people watch, we still do it to give ourselves a fun break and talk to each other every week. Then we put it on the internet for anyone else that needs a quick break from the grind.
If you like the episode or the series, please don't forget to subscribe to this channel and like all the videos you like.
We also enjoy criticism so be sure to smash the dislike button if you think the episode sucks and leave a mean comment.. (not too mean though... we can handle it but YouTube might not)
Lastly, if you want to stay in touch with either Gerard or myself on the internet... then you can do that at the following...

Keeping it short, sweet, and to the point today everyone.
Gratitude is underrated.
If you do nothing else I ever tell you to do... try this.
Take a second to just be grateful for what you have and the opportunities you are given.
One of the biggest killers of productivity is spending time and energy on what you don't have.
Be grateful for what you do have and then focus on moving forward. It's that simple.
It can actually be a real predicament for a lot of people to choose between doing what they are passionate about, and doing what they are good at.
Now hopefully, you should be able to find something that suits both. People have a tendency to enjoy being good at things so a lot of times they will become passionate about whatever it is that they are good at and vice versa.
I keep hearing various advice on the internet regarding this. Some saying that you should pursue what you're good at and then you'll find the passion for it. Some say you should pursue what you're passionate about and then you'll become good at it.
For me, I think it's about finding that balance right between your skill level and your passion. Pursuing something that you are not passionate about at all will result poorly. Doing something that you are not good at at all will lead to the same. If you can find something that you're split between, you might be able to bring out the best of both.
It might sound a little confusing now... but maybe it'll make more sense in the episode.

Lastly, if you are enjoying the show, please just help by spreading the word, you just telling one person about the podcast could really impact them or even someone else down the line. Don't be shy.
Have you ever thought that the way to get more stuff done would be... to cut out a lot of tasks?
Don't be confused, this isn't a Charmin commercial, but even in just your everyday life, doing less can often lead to you getting more done.
Basically this means that it is time for you to get rid of ANYTHING that is not contributing to the forward progress of your life.
That includes everything from texting to cooking. If it is not what is helping you grow, then say goodbye.
Gary Vaynerchuk.
Mark Cuban.
Joe Rogan.
These are all names of fellows who have gone above and beyond in order to create the life that they wanted for themselves.
From social media, to NBA Team owning investor, to podcasting full-time, all three of these guys have one thing in common.
They went for what they wanted, and didn't focus on what they didn't.
And that is why they all got where they are.
Having a dream is less than 10% of what it takes to achieve that dream.
Not only do you need to do a lot of work towards it to get it... but you need to make sure you cut a lot of work out from other things.
Agree?
Hey everyone!
I finally got around to watching this documentary that a lot of people on Instagram seemed to be saying entrepreneurial type people should watch.
That was the documentary on what went down Fyre Festival... you may have heard of it.
Anyway, I'm kind of just using the Fyre Festival story to reinforce this idea of a scam. NOT EVERYTHING IS A SCAM.
It's always been fascinating to me to learn about real scams. Real ones. Like real.
So I hope you enjoy the show and can take something away from it.
I also hope that you'll share it with just one person so that way I can grow and not have to stop doing this.
Thanks for your support! and thanks for actually getting this far down in the description!
Catch you tomorrow,
-Justin
Hey everyone!
This week I interviewed Avani Miriyala, who works with freelancers and has other various types of experience with entrepreneurship.
Avani is a great example of someone who went through life on pretty much the normal path, and then decided that she wanted a little more out of life. So she took the leap when she felt the time was right, and it paid off.
In the episode we will talk a little bit about how she used freelancing to jump start her career, and what she is up to now. We will also talk about some of the mental game and how to be more productive with your time and your tasks.
If you want to know more about Avani, then be sure to check her out on Instagram or even at her site!

Welcome back to our nonsense segment of JRP DAILY!
This week we are just continuing what we were doing last week and we are talking about colors.
This week's approach is a little bit more focused on color psychology and color theory... as opposed to the actual science behind how colors work.

Welcome to another episode in my low-key series that I like to call "Justin had to record with his phone"
I have a million and a half videos to be editing so my computer is spending pretty much all of its time rendering those videos. So hello phone.
Anyway, I'm not having the best day today (but not the worst either) and want to bring that topic back up just to kind of try to connect with everyone a little more.
Sometimes doing all of this work gets hard and especially when you start to realize that it might be for nothing.
I work day in and day out on my content and now other people's content too... and I'm not making any return on my work. (at least not a tangible return)
There are days when I really do think I should just drop everything and focus back in on school and just go about my life the way that everyone else says I should.
But luckily, something inside me just knows that I have a lot more potential than that and I have enough discipline (so far) to keep pushing through the bad days.
I hope you guys do too... because I want to be able to see what you all are made of.
Enjoy the show.
There are two big things I need to go over in this episode.
1. Everybody need to stop being so fake on social media. Fake doesn't cut it even with the $1.80 strategy
2. Everybody needs to stop trying to sell to people that will never be customers
If I could just get people to stop doing these two things, I'd probably be a much happier person.
Listen to the episode for the full rant.
Oh by the way, here are the links to the FREE books that will help teach you how to actually sell stuff. Check them out, if you haven't already.
