Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by telling that a judge has ruled on the FOP challenge to Philadelphia’s Driving Equality Law, telling that minor traffic stops are ‘matters of purely local concern.’ This sets off Giordano, explaining why this is not a purely local concern, telling of the negative implications on suburbs due to the allowances provided by the law. Producer Dan chimes in, complaining about an ‘epidemic’ in Philadelphia of drivers taking advantage of this bill, creating incredibly dangerous driving conditions. Then, Dom offers his opinion on a new bill causing controversy with both Democrats and Republicans, the new RESTRICT Act which seeks to ban TikTok, telling that he believes it to be far overbearing but stresses the importance of getting a handle on the TikTok app.

Then, Dom welcomes in Sean Logue, head of the Washington County GOP, back onto the Dom Giordano Program for some analysis on news that Senator John Fetterman will return to the Senate during the week of April 17th.
