I’m grateful to meditate with you under the Supermoon. The most powerful moon of the year with the moon closest to Earth.

Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to let go of old karma and trauma around safety and comfort. Then activating Earth and Cosmic energy throughout your entire chakra system to promote overall great energetic well-being.

The background music is set to 741 Hz Frequency and just listening to that alone, the sound frequency acts as a magnet to your energy field and removes toxins for a full body cell repair.

The July Super Full Moon is connected to the Earth Element. This can stir up a lot of energy around how safe and secure we feel within and around us, the days leading up to and after this intense Super Moon.

The July Super Moon will bring to light our safety and stability. The parts of our lives where we are feeling unsafe, unstable, unnutured or unloved.

The moon will shine the light on these aspects, showing us the fear or discomfort. We can then see it and shift it. This is a Super Moon so it has 10 times the power to release and shift these energies!

This July Supermoon acts as an extra sort of magnet to draw things out of us that we’re ready to let go of. Especially when it comes to building safety, stability and peace within our lives.

If there’s anyone or anything within your life that makes you feel a little chaotic, unstable or uncomfortable; the energies of the full moon are helping us release these experiences, events or people for our highest good. Activating a shift of karma and soul contracts, once and for all!

With that in mind, the days leading up to and after this full moon may have us feeling chaotic, unstable and/ or feeling uncertain about our role in the world and our purpose.

If these energies do show up for you during this time, it’s for us to recognize the discomfort and then let the experience or cycles of karma and trauma intentionally go. Trusting we are creating space for our highest expression of our own authentic and sovereign life!
