As we enter into the sweltering months of summer, we turn our attention to our own back yards.  More than simply a metaphor about the immediacy of our mission field, it is a powerful reminder that discipleship begins at home – in our living rooms and on our back porches.  It happens where we share stories and where we share life…and, for many, these months we see us gather with family and with those friends-who-are-like-family around our grills. “Smoky & Sweet” based on the scripture from Psalm 19:7-14.
