On our next episode, we will return to Season 6 of Jury Duty: The trial of Michael Barisone, but today we have another bonus episode of Season 7 of Jury Duty: The Trials of Harvey Weinstein and Danny Masterson…
On Friday, December 20, Judge Lisa Lench presided over the post-verdict penalty phase of the Harvey Weinstein trial during which the jury would assess whether Weinstein should face sentencing enhancements because his victim was particularly vulnerable or because the offense indicates planning, sophistication and professionalism. Finally, back in 2019, Molly wrote a series of four articles for CrimeStory.com which track the evolution of her perspective on issues of justice and abuse along with the sentiments she offered at this CrimeStory.com link. You can read each of these individual pieces by clicking on the titles: Strong Female Lead, Facing Your Rapist in a Courtroom, I Hate Men and Strong Female Lead: A Reassessment.
