Season Six of Jury Duty will focus on the New Jersey Attempted Murder Trial of Michael Barisone… Barisone, an Olympic Athlete and Equestrian trainer, did not dispute that he was trying to kill his student Lauren Kanarek and her boyfriend, Robert Goodwin. Instead his lawyers argued, he was not guilty because he was trying to defend himself and because he was insane.
Premieres October 3, 2022
Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
On this final episode of Jury Duty's fifth season, The Robert Durst Prosecutor Speaks, Los Angeles Deputy DA John Lewin concludes his assessment of the defense closing arguments in the trial, and also reflects on how nine years of work on this case has impacted him.
We also preview Season Six of Jury Duty: The Trial of Michael Barisone.
