In The Trial of Kyle Rittenhouse: Detective Martin Howard Cross-Examination — Part 3, we start with a look at the dismissal of one of the jurors based on a joke made by the juror about the shooting of Jacob Blake. We then conclude our exploration of Richards’ cross-examination of Detective Howard. And finally, we examine Prosecutor Thomas Binger’s redirect and Richards’ re-cross of the witness.
