There is no better way to celebrate this month 🎉 than to support, encourage and celebrate each other!  On today’s episode we discuss the difference between celebrating and “hating” on each other and the effect that has on us all. 
There is so much power and freedom in the ability to be NOT intimidated BUT INSPIRED by each other.  It’s importan that we find some opportunities to compliment, shout out, promote, motivate and celebrate a woman (or anyone) who you look up to, appreciate or are inspired by!!

Today we talk about all things truth, boundaries and our responses to both.  Its true what they say about the truth-it can hurt sometimes.   Being on the receiving end and even on the  delivery side can be difficult at times. The important thing is how you respond and what happens after.  We have all been there (we have definitely been there lol) Its all part of growing up, maturing and becoming  a better version of yourself.  

It's a new year and most people go on a "diet" but it should be more of a lifestyle change. Usually diets don't last and people go back to their old ways. This applies to everything in life. It's not about the number on a scale, its about feeling like  your best self.

We made it to 2020 holiday time!! 
Today Wendy and I talk about the importance of being thankful, grateful, content.  So often we are solely focused on the things we don’t have or what other people have that we fall into the trap of becoming ungrateful, unhappy and sometimes depressed.  There is a quote we love that says “It is not happy people that are grateful, it’s grateful people that are happy!”  We wish you all a very happy thanksgiving this year.  Don’t focus on the negative but instead see the good that’s around you...there is always something good. 

Hey friends! On today’s episode we talk about the importance of faith, especially during these difficult times.  We share about our faith and how it has shaped our lives, views and perspectives. 
The world is changing, life is different,  but the one thing we can count on to remain constant is God and our faith in him.  If you need a little faith, turn up the volume and listen in! 🙏🏼🙌🏼

Mistakes, failure, loss...all words that make us cringe 😬.  We definitely agree that it’s never pleasant or enjoyable to face anyone of these things however something positive and or good can come of these moments.  Today we talk about the different ways that these moments can teach us valuable lessons and help put us on the path to success, improvement, accomplishing goals, etc...
But first and foremost comes recognizing and accepting responsibility for our mistakes..

Today is the day! 2020 presidential Election Day!  Wow what a ride 2020 has been.  Never in the history of our country have we seen the things that have occurred during these presidential campaigns. On today’s episode we discuss the importance of respecting each other‘s opinions, perspectives, and views. This great country has allowed us the freedom to vote and speak freely. No matter what happens at the end of today it is our hope that we can put our personal thoughts aside and respect and hopefully still love each other.  Sadly it seems like relationships will be permanently broken depending on the results of today’s elections.  In the end, as we share in today’s episode,  what matters is learning to respect each other love each and above all trusting that God is above everything and everyone.
