Just Films and That

This week we were joined by the brilliant Mark Nelson. His film of choice was Police Academy.

So does Mark think its underrated, underseen or did he just want to have a good old chin wag about this eighties classic.

We also talk cakes, biscuits and why Police Academy was Mark’s 3rd choice of film for us to cover.

Yes this week it was Josh’s turn to pick and he went with Bruce Almighty from 2003. Now this was a massive hit when it came out but Josh thinks it was a little underrated by the critics. Is he right or are his hopes ERODING.. ERODING!

From one film ending in IUM to another as we move from Equilibrium to Imperium.

Whilst they are very much NOT related there are some similar themes really…. Both leads have brown hair for example. ANALYSIS!

Alice picked this one as she thinks it deserves a bit more attention. But was she right?

Oi Oi whats this then?

Well, we thought it was about time we started covering some new releases. So, every now and then we’ll be releasing some short bonus episodes reviewing films that are out at that time.

No underrated or underseen stuff here…. Just good old fashioned talking about a film (& that)

The first one is of course… Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. (Yes… there are SPOILERS.)

Give it a listen!

Well, if it ain’t another darn tootin’ guest episode!

We had the absolute pleasure of sitting down for a chat with Em from Verbal Diorama to talk about a film of her choosing, The Brady Bunch Movie.

So, is it underseen, underrated or did Em really just want to talk about a nineties take on a classic American sitcom?

Give it a listen to find out!
