Are you devoted to the life you want to experience?

 If so, do your daily offerings of devotion align to towards the life experience you say you are devoted too? 

This mindset shift helps create such a deep intention to be the embodiment of devotion. 

This shift has helped me connect to my body in such a deep way and help me be devoted to experience food + my body in a complete different way. I see that my body is the temple or my vehicle for me to experience the life I am devoted too. I then become so devoted to taking care of my temple and showing that through my daily offerings with food, movement, my words, my energy, my habits etc... 

I used to share that self discipline is the key, while there is still truth too this I experienced self discipline from a space in my masculine it become very rigid and forceful for me. Devotion helps me to experience balance with my feminine and masculine in my daily offerings without forcing myself too do it, I am soul devoted too it. I am connected, open and able to receive what devotion looks like for me today by being devoted to be soul connected. 

My invite for you is to journal what you are devoted too experience in your life, your relationships, your business, your body, your food relationship, your movement relationship, your parenting life, your day to day and then ask what you need to add in your life as an offering towards your devotion?

She is also the founder of “10 Minutes Together” where she teaches real parenting skills focused on the power of one-on-one connection. Alisa has taught thousands of university students about child development, parenting and human relationships. Chelsey has experienced firsthand the power that education and the application of nutrition can have.  As a young girl, all she wanted was to be skinny.  She took fat burners and attempted every diet and product that promised me a 30-day body transformation.  Surprise surprise…nothing worked.  She spent the majority of her teenage years battling her body.  Binging, purging, starving, over-exercising, and striving for fitness with quick-fix attempts.  In 2014, she signed up to compete in an NPC bikini show. Through the process of preparing and competing, she began to learn about the importance of proper nutrition, workouts, rest, and the power of having a strong mindset.  She also learned that true confidence and happiness have nothing to do with how good she looks in a bikini.  Her introduction into the fitness world was challenging; and unfortunately, her story is far too relatable in today’s society.  Her goal is to help others heal their relationship with food, ditch the diet cycle for good and thrive in life, one meal at a time.  She's learned that it’s all about finding joy in the journey and recognizing that every day is a new opportunity to keep growing towards the best version of YOU!
