My struggle with food and how I had to heal my wounds in order to keep the promise to myself to stay committed long term and finally show up for me!  I had to learn how to understand my shame cycle, the emotions around food and really understand me! 

Sarah literally shines in any area or space she is in, she is magnetic. She is someone you want in your space to learn from and to help you see the beauty in all of life. 

Sarah talks about her journey of self love, finding herself, learning to see life is happening FOR her and find authentic happiness. She went from thinking she was a burden to knowing she was meant to shine!
