Kansas got good news on Friday evening when Northern Illinois transfer David (Diggy) Coit committed to the Jayhawks. Coit brings his 20 points a game to an already deep backcourt – working to make up for last year’s lack of production at the shooting guard position. It’s the second offseason in a row that Bill Self has added a player later in the summer (Johnny Furphy in 2023).

The Olympics are over and Team USA won gold on the men’s and women’s side by sneaking by the homestanding French team.
