This is the episode you have been waiting for - I at least I have. If you don't know about Human Design, I am telling you, you are in for an absolute treat and the start of a journey into discovering your authentic self, which in my belief is something we should all be enlighten into. 

So joining me today is the incredible Maike Gabriela - a Deconditioning Expert & Human Design Reader. Human Design is for you if you want to know: What is my purpose? How do I become successful in life? What are my true gifts? How do I step into my own power? How do I get Sh** done? How do I connect the best with people? - I could go on, because Human design touch upon every aspect in life. It's a mix of Astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah and the Chakra system, and it shows you where and how to access your body’s consciousness as a decision-making tool, and ultimately, how to live as your true, authentic self. Human Design offers a map in the form of our Body Graph chart that indicates how you are unique as a person. That map can guide you in living in a manner that is in sync with who you truly are. Ultimately when we live in alignment with our true nature we begin to experience a level of comfort and acceptance for who we are, instead of chasing who we are not. We can then live a fulfilled and purposeful life. This is HUMAN DESIGN!!

Ayurveda is originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years, and the principles of many of the natural healing systems now familiar in the West have their roots in Ayurveda, including Homeopathy and intermitten fasting.

Libby is truly a superstart & the sweetest soul on this earth, and the fact that she is only 18 years old and making such an impact on the planet is beyond me. So if you do not know Libbi, that is exactly what you are about to. She is a young woman with a mission: to desexualize nudity, and create a space for humans to freely move in their own bodies without clothes & feel at home like that. For far too long nudity, especially female nudity, has been only seen in a sexual light, which is so far from what nature had in store for our bodies. Speaking as a young woman, I can say that either experiencing eating disorder yourself or in your community is more a fact than a rarity. This goes beyond the female gender, and is a conversation that we still need to have. 

I sit down with mental health activist, Gaia, that bravely shares her story with eating disorder from being in hospital, to naming it Cruella and to overcoming that passage in her life, and now finding healing by working in the mental health space. She has founder her own mental health platform, La Britaliana where she speaks into the power of our five senses and how we can actively use it as a tool for connection to self & grounding.
