Another solo-episode is here!! I am making this a seasonal thing where I check in to talk about what is happening in my life, & talk about some things or subjects that has been on my mind. 

As we just celebrated Women's Day, I felt it was the perfect opportunity to tap in to the power of the female body and talk about my own body-love journey that I currently on. 

Further, we get into whether or not Instagram are discriminating against plus-size women after the Danish media Zetland shared how drastically their exposure to new followers had fallen after sharing a partical nude photo of a beautiful plus-size women (link to the post). This highly disturb me, and made me once again feel as a woman how beauty standards still is a question of body-size. I share more about my own journey of learning to love my body with all that it has been through, and finding a way to heal my hypothyroidism. I am proud to share that I am already down half my dosage of medication, which is a HUGE win for me. 

Lastly, we get into a subject I am SUPER passionated about: Embracing being different. For so long, I felt so alone and like I did not belong, because I never fit into any box. I am one who loves to live outside the boxes, in between the lines and finding my own way in things, which goes against what most do. Whether or not you feel like me, I talk about the importance of loving your authentic self and how we need to celebrate our differences, and break down the barriers for what constitutes as 'normal'.

Is covid making you feeling powerless & restless?

We reflect on this paradox, and really ask ourselves what this pandemic has made us face? What struggles lie ahead? And lastly what are all the positive things we take with us once the World opens up again?

For years, doctors, scientists and the media has be discussing what is the right way to eat. Vegan, paleo, the good old food pyramid, keto, vegetarian - the list goes on, but if there is one thing most of us is starting to agree on, it is that no diet fits all. As the belief in biodiversity enters across the field,  something comes along with it; the belief in real foods.
