Kap & J.Hood

Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Wide Receiver and afternoon radio co-host ESPN Chicago Tom Waddle joined Kap & J. Hood with the latest updates on the Bears off-season.  Kap & J. Hood discussed Caleb Williams was on Maxx Crosby’s podcast for a good conversation, but was this also a recruiting pitch? Could this be the first shot fired in the offseason pursuit of Maxx Crosby? Should the Bears be seen as the most attractive landing spot for free agents or guys asking out this offseason?

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed a tweet that went out by an Arizona Cardinals beat writer: The Cardinals may have interest in Bears backup QB Tyson Bagent. Kap and Shea argued this on Monday, but would you be comfortable trading Tyson Bagent? I'd do it for a 4th round pick in a heartbeat. Does Chicago still love the backup QB despite finally having a franchise QB?

Hour 3: Kap & J. Hood played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL, and the Kap & J. Hood Classic Cut Of The Day.

Hour 2:  Kap & J. Hood discussed Michael Jordan B-Day and how sad it is that he's not affiliated with the Bulls post playing career. The Bears should add more depth on the roster.  Is the fanbase finally coming to grips that DJ Moore might not be here next year, and it could be better for the team? Good for calls: Are you good with trading DJ Moore and a 1st if it means acquiring Maxx Crosby? The Bears are reportedly looking for a way out of the Dayo Odeyingbo contract. There's a world where they simply eat the money, which would be somewhat an impressive ownership decision, as well as a world where they luck into an injury exception and get out of the contract on the cheap. The bigger question: Is there a world where Dayo is on the roster next season?

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed the Cubs upcoming season as they open Spring Training, and Tom Ricketts did offer that financial flexibility will be there at the deadline by way of saying it has existed every year... It feels like we haven't seen it, despite him saying it's been available. Do you believe the Cubs will go all-in at the deadline this year, or is this a "believe it when I see it" situation?

Hour 3: Kap & Dionne played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL, and the Kap & J. Hood Classic Cut Of The Day.  ABC 7 Chicago's Dionne Miller was in for J. Hood.

Hour 2: MLB Insider ESPN Jesse Rogers joined Kap & Dionna with updates on the White Sox, Cubs and the latest MLB storylines from Spring Training in Arizona.  Kap & Dionne discussed the rumors of what the asking price for Maxx Crosby could be surfaced this weekend, with claims it could be this year's first, a day two pick next year, and DJ Moore.  NBA All-Star Weekend was trash, and no one really watched.  ABC 7 Chicago's Dionne Miller was in for J. Hood.

Hour 1:  Kap & Dionne discussed the rumors of what the asking price for Maxx Crosby could be surfaced this weekend, with claims it could be this year's first, a day two pick next year, and DJ Moore. Who says no?  Are people coming around on the idea of trading DJ Moore? Is it possible the Bears would be a better team next year without him than they would be with him, assuming the return is a premium defensive player? The Platform w/Shea's Norling: Big Foot moments in professional sports.  ABC 7 Chicago's Dionne Miller was in for J. Hood.

Hour 3: Kap & Tyler played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL, Friday Folder and the Kap & J. Hood Cut Of The Day.  Tyler Aki was in for J. Hood.
