May 2001- Graduated from Towson University where I doubled majored in Mass Communications and Interpersonal Communication Studies.

June 2001- Packed up everything I could fit in my Nissan Sentra and with $3,000 (yup, I was rich!) in my pocket drove across the country to begin my new life in California. No job. No home. No friends. No savings. Just big, BIG dreams.

August 2002- Landed my first job in corporate America as an Executive Recruiter for a Staffing and Recruiting Company responsible for Career Coaching and Recruiting.

August 2003- Promoted to Manager of the recruiting firm and began running a multi-million dollar business at 23 years old.

2004- Earned my first six-figures at 24 years old.

2005- Met my future husband

2006- Promoted to Area Director

2007- Moved back to the East Cost to be closer to Future Husband

2007- Got engaged. Duh.

2008- Landed highest paying corporate position of my career, with corner office, I might add.

2008- Got hitched!

2009- Beautiful Bella Butler is born!

2009- Became an entrepreneur for the first time when I opened up my own staffing & recruiting company, The Right Hire.

2010- Earned my first six figures as an entrepreneur, working from home.

2011- Income doubles each year.

2012- Gorgeous Livie Butler is born!

2012- Become a highly successful entrepreneur for the 2nd & 3rd time when I open up Kate Butler Books & Kate Butler Coaching companies.

2013- Become a #1 Best-selling author with More Than Mud

2013- Become a Certified Professional Success Coach, CPSC

2015- Co-wrote and published #1 Best-Seller, More Than Magic, with my 5-year-old daughter Bella!

2016- Bella and I had our television debut on HBO’s new Sesame Street episodes!

2016- Published my first book with Jack Canfield, co-creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul Series™.

2016- Published five books to date, with two additional books in production. Worldwide speaker and host of luxury retreats. Master Success Coach who helps other women create their own version of time, emotional and financial freedom.
