This week, on the podcast, is a bonus class where I’ll be sharing my own story and struggles in ending binge eating, as well as answering questions that I received from you over these last few weeks! :)
This is the first time I’ll be sharing my own story in this way on our podcast.
Last week we finished a 4-week training on how to end binge eating permanently, without calorie counting or food rules of any kind. Consider this week’s class as a “bonus” where I’ll not only answer the questions that came up for you, but also share what this whole process looked like for me in real life.
Lots of people focus on the “before” and “after” … but in this class I wanted to focus on the “middle,” because that’s the part where the actual work (and magic) happen!
So as candidly as possible without censoring myself, I’ll be sharing what my healing process looked like in real life as I ended binge eating and food addiction myself, what I struggled with most, how I overcame the obstacles, and how things evolved over time.
My hope is that by giving you some real-life examples of how this process of ending binge eating works, you’ll more deeply understand your own journey and how you can end binge eating yourself, and feel more and more peace and ease around food.
