Ray -what’s the biggest myth in the workout world?
Ray -for someone starting to get in to working out, what should be step one so they don’t fall off the wagon
Rich – Is your fitness app program mostly for you freaks that enjoy exercise and healthy behaviors or do slobs like us have a chance? What’s the recommended weekly beer intake on your app? Light beer. How many could you drink in 10 minutes?
Rich –The fitness/ health/ wellness industry is a trillion dollar industry. What has been the biggest reasons for this? Do you agree it’s because people just have too much time or are just too fat? Has the protein and hydration obsession jumped the shark?
Rich – On your website it says You were a D1 athlete. Do you leave the Track and Field part out on purpose?
Ray -I coach teenagers that play soccer and basketball, when should they start getting in to working out?
Rich – Your dad was your coach. I also had a dad for a coach. Scale of 1- to these guys how big of a dick head were your friends to you about it?
Ray -the absolute worst people at the gym are the ones that ….. fill in the blank
Rich – As a former serve pro franchise owner, where do you believe plumbers belong in the hierarchy of humans and do they deserve desks?
Ray -you’re at home making a sandwich, just a normal ham and cheese with lettuce tomato. Are you cutting it in half or eating it whole?
Rich – Do you think naming your son Achilles has put him on a self-fulfilling prophecy path? Do you guys avoid archery? The movie Troy is dope. You’re middle name is Conan, after Conan the barbarian, you gunna do a bunch of push ups and go see the new movie?
Rich – As an alum of University or Florida and Michigan State, now living in New York where do your sports allegiances land?
Bobby - What is the best exercise for butt growth for women over 35?
Ray -if he doesn’t bring it up, how did he get in to this career path, did he see the dark side of the fupa?
