When you look at yourself in the mirror do you think "Ick" or "You go girl"?  Are you paying attention to your own image of your body? Do you compare yourself to the "highlight reel" of others on social media? We all do at times. We forget that so much of what we see on social media photos is a mask.  We invite you to join us and drop the mask. Let's pioneer the way to keepin' it real.

Kim Haar and Kim Spence have known each other since they were in high school. After reconnecting one day over lunch,  they discussed how life had changed through the decades.  They were ready to drop the mask and share their real life stories with each other. It was a time of refreshing and renewal.
