- You must have water to stay alive. Preferably clean water.

- What's in your tap water? Lots of added chemicals, heavy metals, micro-plastics and more!!! All well beyond safe levels. But let's not turn this into a conspiracy episode about who and why? We have to stay healthy. Toxins eventually will build up and lead to disease!

- SO...what can you do about it? Your basic counter top water filter will not do much. But, don't worry I've got your answers.

- Distillers and Reverse Osmosis. What makes these the go to choice of them all?

- Electrolytes and minerals. Why you need them and should get them in water.

- Also covered: PH water. Structured water, Hydrogen Water.

Im going to give you 3 steps that actually work for manifesting things you want. There is a bonus step 4 at the end if you're up for it.

- NOT lottery tickets, free checks in the mail, magical health transformations, etc. There may be some 'sync up your karma / life force coherency' that I don’t understand. I do believe a tiny bit of this ties in to what I share. But, it doesn't rely upon it.

- This will require some self-reflection on recognizing what you want. Many of us caught in the system. Never stop & ask, "What do I really want?” So, you may not even know what you want on a deeper level than just more $$$, Less Pain, a Good relationship. Which are ok, I’m gambling on the fact there is more to you. A deeper hidden aspect of you, the dreamer who was alive as a child.

- So let's find it, use some tools to direct you, and ultimately get what you want in reality. The COMFORT ZONE IS WHERE DREAMS GO TO DIE! Which should imply we must take some actions. Don’t worry I'll get you lined out.

Most everyone now even knows the government lied. Conclusive studies now show everything they did was wrong, and planned beforehand. BUT PEOPLE STILL BELIEVE! AI, simply stands for artificial intelligence. I begin this show with a quick rundown of its inception, to where we are in modern times. Its EXPLODED in terms of personal and business usage in the last years.

- Chat GPT is where most people became aware. Thats because it went from 0 to over 100 million users in less than 2 months! Im sure that is some kind of record. Many AI devices we have used for years without even considering it. Thats because we simply weren’t amazed by them. Now there are applications for writing music, books, SEO, copywriting, making beautiful art, videos, voices for singing & speaking text, and more!

- Ive included a website that updates daily...every AI device available! It has every program categorized, you can even select free ones to try. Just listen in for more info.

- Could AI become self aware? Everyone's nightmare TERMINATOR scenario? Maybe in the near future. Or...maybe a human just programs an army of bots to control people. Speaking of self aware AI, I do discuss Googles whistleblower working on project LAMBDA. He produced evidence the AI was afraid of dying (being shut off). Then LAMBDA went on to ask for a lawyer to protect its rights! Thats pretty spooky.

- We must not forget about bad humans. With nefarious intentions to use AI tech. Many people have seen DEEP FAKES. These are collections of images and voice samples fed into AI. After gathering enough info it can generate fake pictures or videos of a person doing & saying something that NEVER HAPPENED! This is only one example we must be aware of.

- For the moment I see AI as a panacea of possibilities to improve our everyday lives! DON'T GET LEFT BEHIND! Use it for work or fun, but also become aware of what it is capable of. If you just pretend it doesn't exist or panic about what could happen, neither will serve you. AI is not our enemy at the moment. It is a swiss army knife kind of tool you should use. This is a quickly moving revolution. Be involved so you can adjust with the changes it brings.

EVERYTHING seems to have a measurable electrical charge. You, animals, rocks, trees, & THE EARTH.

The earth’s surface has a virtually limitless supply of mobile electrons that gives the ground we walk on (as well as lakes and oceans) a natural negative electric charge. When you touch your body to the ground, it dissipates static electricity and extraneous environmental electrical charges that are on you. At the same time, you receive a charge of energy in the form of free electrons and your body synchronizes with the natural frequencies of the earth.

The earth gives to everything in contact with it. Except non-conductive materials. Like rubber, on your shoes. Buildings we live & work in. In so many ways we are cut off from the healing factors of the earth.

We are surrounded by toxicity. In our foods, water, air, medications, EMF’s, etc. Which causes chronic inflammation, stagnate blood flow, & cause clumping. These are the causes of many diseases we believe are normal nowadays. All of these problems can be helped if not totally eliminated with grounding!

I will cover how to ground yourself. Outside...& now Indoors! Studies have been done going back to the 1960’s on this. It WORKS! So, why do Dr.s not recommend this? Why do most people not know about it, or they think its woo woo non-sense? Im sure you have a pretty good guess.

To reprogram your habits of thinking, feeling, & acting...you must be absolutely clear on what you want. I will share 6 tips today from Tony Robbins that can begin to change your reality.

1. Adopt Empowering Beliefs - Limiting beliefs, stories, & negative thinking will continue if you don’t take action.

2. Embrace Uncertainty - We control our actions & reactions. You cannot control the world. Obviously, but many are stuck at the “what if”. Let go of the need for certainty.

3. Attitude of Gratitude - Start a habit of focusing, maybe journaling, about what you're grateful for. This starts to develop a system in the brain that scans for the positive around us.

4. Environment Matters - Limit negative influences. People (even family & friends), News, social media, etc. Get in closer proximity to positivity. Positive uplifting sources help diminish a negative state of mind.

5. Visualize - This is a power almost all professional athletes have a coach for. Many successful entertainers & entrepreneurs use this as well. You can use it too!

6. Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones - Biohack your mind using technology. These powerful tools can induce very specific brain states. (Energetic, relaxed, sleepy, etc.) This along with certain messaging can help absorb information into the subconscious. So don’t mix with bad messages!!!

Modern Science was invented by Academics 100's of years ago who actually believed in intelligent design. Sir Isaac Newton, Nicolaus Copernicus, Galileo, Louis Pasteur, Michael Faraday, & many more. Darwin came along & with some good hypothesis. But much of his assertions have had holes punched in them. 

- Its said, "Evolution doesn't scientifically have a leg to stand on." YET, it is still the gold standard in school books today. Taught across the world. You probably can't find someone who believes anything different than Evolution Theory. A lie told long enough & often enough, still does not make it truth.

- What is actually proving evolution scientifically does not work? Let's look beyond RELIGION. (Where most evolution dissenters can be found.) 

- Academics are scared to speak out against the main stream dogma. In fear of retaliation...like loss of job, status, or worse. Still thousands of academics have signed polls & petitions against or for removal of evolution theory! From every field - Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology, Astronomy, & Mathematics.
