Leadership and service is about putting someone else in your shoes.  I know that sounds backwards.  But I really mean it.  Providing resources, equipping others to serve, do or succeed is real servant leadership.

Charlie Daniel's "Legend of the Wooley Swamp" created the greedy and ghostly Lucius Clay which inspired my coin bank.  What's bucket of coins worth compared to a few pieces of paper?  Children (the immature) will usually choose the heavy and shiny over the real value.  When we make that choice...we make someone laugh.
