Do you actually enjoy working out… or do you “enjoy” the mental justification it gives you to feel better about yourself, your day, your productivity, your status in society, etc…?
Because up until recently, I thought feeling good about myself after working out meant I enjoyed it… even if I was at all dreading it, not present at all and just going through the motions to get it over with.
