Today, we speak to Kelsey Mulcahy. Kelsey is a content creator who describes herself online as ‘grief’s big sister’. In 2022, Kelsey lost her fiancé, Joseph Day, in a devastating accident when they were living abroad in Bristol.

In this conversation, Kelsey tells us of her and Joe’s beautiful love story, the beauty of slow-burning love, and the wedding they had planned. Kelsey takes us to the moment she knew something wasn't quite right, the day she found out Joe had passed away, and how she navigated self-blame and guilt in the aftermath of it all.
