Sam Tan, group managing director of Ken Holdings Bhd comes on the Breakfast Grille to talk about its status as a boutique developer and how it plans to build on that going forward. Currently the company boasts a landbank of just over 47 hectares, and in 2012 recorded RM55.8 million in revenue and RM20.9 million in net profit. He talks about Ken's plans for the future and how the the company plans to weather the storm currently faced by the property players.
